At the CREE Council meeting of late November 20 new candidates were assessed positively and became Eur.Erg. Next. 48 applications for prolongation were granted positively.
A special session was held to inform conference delegates about the benefits of being a Eur.Erg.
In the last Council Meeting held in Poznan, Poland, 14 new candidates received their certification as Eur.Erg. and 26 Eur.Erg.s prolonged their certification.
Organisations networked through the International Ergonomics Association (IEA)
A number of other countries and regions of the world have established certification systems for professional ergonomists. These organisations play a key role in developing skills within the profession and ensuring the quality of sevices provided. The certification is based on minimum standards of competency and education.
